Life-Saving Care at National Hospital & Medical Center A dramatic case of cardiac emergency unfolded in our Main Emergency Department earlier this week. A patient was rushed in with severe chest pain and unconscious. Our team sprang into action, performing a remarkable 45-minute CPR that stabilized the patient's condition. Under the expert guidance of National Hospital’s cardiologist, Dr. Tayyab Mohiyuddin, the patient was swiftly shifted to the Cath Lab for further treatment. Our skilled medical team conducted a successful angiography and angioplasty, restoring blood flow to the heart. Post-procedure, the patient was carefully monitored in the ICU and has since made a remarkable recovery, having been discharged from the ICU.
