After completing training in general medicine from west midlands, UK, He received higher specialist training in Pulmonology in Liverpool & Manchester. He did fellowship in interventional pulmonology from Preston UK and served as a consultant in Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS from 2011 - 2020. He was honorary senior lecturer in University of Manchester medical school. He is currently working at PKLI and prior to that worked at SKMCH. He is a supervisor for pulmonology training scheme for FCPS. He practices general pulmonology, sleep medicine and have extensive experience of managing cough, shortness of breath, lung cancer, asthma, pneumonia and a wide range of diseases affecting the lungs.
