A UK-trained Consultant Pulmonologist, he completed General Medicine training in the West Midlands, followed by higher specialist training in Pulmonology in Liverpool and Manchester. He undertook a fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology in Preston, UK, and served as a Consultant at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS from 2011 to 2020. He was an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Manchester Medical School. Currently based at PKLI, he previously worked at SKMCH and is a supervisor for the FCPS Pulmonology training programme.
