Dr. Mujtaba Chaudhry

About Dr. Mujtaba Chaudhry:

Dr. Mujtaba Chaudhry, American-trained Consultant Nephrologist and Hypertension Specialist, graduated with distinction from King Edward Medical University, Pakistan. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Nephrology, FACP, and FASN.

He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, New Jersey, and his Nephrology Fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he served as the youngest Chief Fellow. He also completed a Transplant Nephrology Fellowship at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, a top-three US centre for living donor renal transplant.

Recipient of the Outstanding Graduating Scholar Award and named Top Nephrologist in the USA for 2017, he has presented at international conferences and published in the American Journal of Kidney Diseases. He served as Consultant Nephrologist in Albany, NY, and Medical Director at Fresenius Kidney Care, Saratoga Springs, for over six years. He is currently Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor at Albany Medical College, New York.
